Reserve your Split Quarter beef.
Our beef spend their lives grazing in a number of pastures throughout the growing season. During the winter they are feed hay.
Your beef you reserve today will be USDA inspected and processed to your specifications in mid October. It will be vacuum packed, frozen and ready for your freezer around the first week of November.
Packaged weight will be somewhere around 100 lbs. of meat for your freezer. The price per pound is $6.
Quantities are limited. It is best to reserve early and plan ahead.
